Japanese Auto Parts Wholesale RFQ: MOQ, Lead Time and Fitment Fields
A useful wholesale RFQ must give the supplier enough evidence to verify each line and enough commercial detail to return a workable offer. OE number, application, quantity and destination should be recorded together.
Build one clear line per request
List the English part name, exact OE number, installation position, vehicle application and required quantity. Keep multi-OE common-use requests and combination kits together unless the applicable catalog confirms that they should be split.
Include commercial fields
- Target quantity and expected reorder volume
- MOQ or minimum pack requirement
- Requested lead-time information
- Carton or label requirements
- Destination port or delivery market
- Preferred quotation currency and trade terms
Keep fitment evidence with the RFQ
Add model, chassis, engine, year, transmission and 2WD or 4WD details where relevant. Use the VIN or original sample for uncertain lines. Do not treat a broad model name, generic image or unverified claim as final fitment evidence.
Browse BILUSI systems and send the RFQ
Review Engine Parts, Chassis & Suspension Parts, Steering Parts, Brake Parts or Cooling Parts. Use BILUSI site search to check existing references, then send the completed RFQ through the BILUSI wholesale inquiry form for availability, fitment and commercial confirmation.
