A wholesale quotation is easier to verify when every requested line carries its application evidence. VIN, chassis, engine, drivetrain, OE number and position should be recorded together instead of relying on a broad model name.
Build a verifiable part line
List the English part name, exact OE number, installation position and required quantity. Keep multi-OE common-use items and combination-link kits together unless the applicable catalog confirms a different commercial format.
Record vehicle application data
- VIN when a catalog has alternatives
- Vehicle make, model and chassis code
- Production year or range
- Engine code and displacement when documented
- Transmission and 2WD or 4WD configuration where relevant
- Front/rear, left/right or system position
Separate evidence from assumptions
Use the parts catalog, VIN or original sample to resolve uncertain applications. Do not treat a generic photo, broad model name or unverified cross-reference as final fitment evidence. The supplier should confirm availability, application and supplied contents before payment.
