Japanese Auto Parts Packing and Quantity RFQ Guide

Japanese Auto Parts Packing and Quantity RFQ Guide

Many quotation errors come from unclear commercial quantity. A buyer should state whether the request is for one unit, a pair, a set, a kit or a vehicle quantity.

Define the supplied quantity

Record the unit of sale and requested order quantity separately. Do not assume left and right parts are supplied as a pair or that a kit contains hardware unless documented.

Attach application evidence

Every line should include the OE number, vehicle model, chassis, engine, production range and installation position where relevant. Use VIN or the applicable catalog when alternatives exist.

RFQ fields for commercial review

  • OE number and verified part name
  • Unit, pair, set or kit format
  • Vehicle application and position
  • Requested quantity and destination
  • Packing preference and documented contents
  • VIN or original sample for uncertain fitment

Find parts and request a quote

Browse BILUSI parts, search BILUSI site search, and send the quantity and application through the BILUSI wholesale inquiry form.
