Honda Steering Rack Fitment: Position and OE Guide
A steering rack request should describe the actual steering assembly and application. Similar housings do not prove that a rack fits every version of a model.
Confirm rack format and position
State steering rack, rack assembly or another documented component. Record left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive information only when required by the catalog, and do not add boots, tie rods or hardware without evidence.
Match the OE to the vehicle
Check the complete OE number with chassis, production range, engine and steering configuration where the catalog requires it. Use VIN or an original sample when the catalog shows alternatives.
