Auto Parts Export Packing and Labeling Checklist for Wholesale Orders

Accurate fitment is only one part of a successful wholesale auto-parts shipment. Clear product references, quantities, packing requirements and carton information help reduce receiving errors and make repeat ordering easier for distributors and workshops.

Build a clear order file

Each line should include the OE number, English product description, vehicle application where known, installation position, quantity and packing requirement. Keep confirmed references separate from lines that still need VIN or catalog review.

Packing details to agree before shipment

  • Individual packaging and protective materials for sensitive components.
  • Quantity per inner box and carton.
  • Carton marks, reference numbers and destination labels.
  • Whether mixed cartons are acceptable.
  • Document requirements and destination-market instructions.

Why accurate labels matter

Consistent labels support warehouse receiving, after-sales traceability and repeat purchasing. The label should help identify the part without making unverified claims about vehicle coverage or quality grade. OE references and the purchaser’s own item code are often the most useful controls.

Final pre-shipment review

Before shipment, compare the approved quotation, OE list, quantities, packaging count and destination. If a line has unresolved fitment uncertainty, pause that line for further confirmation instead of substituting a similar-looking part.

Prepare a wholesale inquiry

Use site search to organize OE-led sourcing, then send your list, quantities, destination and packing expectations through request a wholesale quote. Include VIN information for any fitment-sensitive application so references can be checked before supply.
